Description: Kitchen renovation, decorative panelling and whole house re-decoration
This job included all 3 arms of our business, as we firstly had to complete structural alterations to create an open plan living space and used multiple steel beams to do so. We transformed the kitchen into a modern space for hosting family and friends, which was part of our challenge, getting the property ready to host Christmas. We also installed some bespoke panelling in the hallway, up the stairs and in 2 of the bedrooms. The entire property was also decorated by the team and the customers were back in for Christmas, chuffed with their transformation.

We understand the importance of safety of the public and staff during any types of work but primary schools are a real test. This wasn’t able to be completed solely in the holidays so creating a secure site was critical.
Description: a small extension and office refurbishment at a primary school.
Our team prepped, built and fit-out a new reception at this primary school. What used to be wasted space, become a spacious reception with beams of natural light from all angles. The interior refurbishment, created more modern, workspaces for the key staff members, allowing not only safety of themselves but also the pupils. This once again involved all parts of our business, as we completed the build, the interior refurbishment and supplied some fitted furniture and also built some bespoke sliding glass hatches for the reception.

This jobs deadline was based on a big visit from some VIP guests at the factory. We had 2 weeks to complete the work
Description: Refurbishment of the foyer at a factory
To create a more modern, clean looking entrance to the factory, we removed all the old floor coverings, ceiling tiles and planters. We replaced all these with new, modern alternatives to create a sleeker look. We also re-decorated the foyer in the Bostik Blu-Tac colour on the walls, to create a personal touch.

Description: Remove old brick structure and build timber frame garden room
The original brick structure was an old toilet block and due to subsidence was slowly falling into the neighbours garden, so we removed it. This wasn’t as easy as it sounds as there was no access to the top of the garden for any machinery so we had the challenge of using a farmers field for all deliveries and waste disposals. Around 25 tonnes of brick and soil had to be removed from the site via the farmer, who we could not thank enough. The new timber frame building is the same size as the brick building, but the customer now has a new patio area in the sun because of us moving the building back and rotating it ninety degrees

With this project, the school wanted majority of the works taking place in the school summer holidays but we did get an extra 4 weeks before they finished for the year, giving us just 10 weeks for this job to be completed
Description: hall, office and changing rooms refurbishment
We renovated the hall, offices and communal spaces to give them a new lease of life. We also added a changing room with custom benches, allowing the school to rent out both the hall and their outside sports pitch, bringing in extra income. The main challenge of this project was the timescale and lots of busy hands went into getting it ready for the new school year.
